This inaugural issue of the Academic World Journal of Scientific and Engineering Innovation presents multidisciplinary research addressing scientific, environmental, organisational, entrepreneurial, and workforce-related challenges. The contributions examine organisational agility, entrepreneurial intention, product development, microbial degradation of plastic waste, and employee training and performance. Collectively, the articles highlight the important relationship between scientific innovation, effective institutions, skilled human resources, sustainable practices, and socio-economic development. This first issue reflects the journal’s commitment to rigorous scholarship, applied research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the responsible dissemination of knowledge.
AWJSEI is developing its indexing, metadata registration, DOI and archiving infrastructure in line with recognised scholarly publishing standards.
